Step 1



Taking a detailed history and administering appropriate tests is integral to getting to the root of the problem. At Plyosport Physical Therapy, you'll always receive one on one care from a doctor of physical therapy, who will listen to you and help you to understand the problem.

Using advanced manual mobilization and manipulation techniques, we'll help you achieve pain-free movement. We incorporate sport and activity-based functional exercises to strengthen your body so you can bounce back to the activities you love.

Step 3


Once you're strong and pain-free, it doesn't stop there. Understanding your body and how to keep strong and mobile is vital to avoiding reinjury. We'll give you the tools to stay fit and keep you active.
